One address for everything: hello@carfailure.com

It is read by a human. We aim to reply to genuine enquiries within a few working days.

Corrections

If something on this site is factually wrong, we want to know, and corrections are treated as the highest-priority mail we get. Include the page URL and what specifically is incorrect. Where possible, we will name the correction on the page.

This applies to repair costs, symptom descriptions, fault code meanings, and anything on the safety verdicts. Getting car information wrong has real consequences for real people.

What we cannot do

We cannot diagnose your specific vehicle by email. We do not have the car in front of us, and doing so responsibly requires someone who does. The symptom checker and the symptom guides are the tools we can offer.

We also cannot recommend an individual repair shop or provide a quote for your repair.

Business, press and advertising

Same address: hello@carfailure.com. Please include "Press" or "Business" in the subject line so it gets routed properly.

Note for prospective advertisers and affiliates: we do not accept paid placements within editorial content, paid links, or sponsored posts that alter a recommendation. Display advertising and standard affiliate programmes only.
